Abraham Stern is a Costa Rica-born Notary Public and Attorney, graduated at the Universidad de Costa Rica and Master of Law from Tulane University. Member of the Louisiana State Bar Association admitted to Practice Law at the District Court of Louisiana, and Attorney and Counselor at the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Judicial Circuit. Permanent Member and International consultant of the Maritime Law Department. From 1994 to 1996, he served as A.H. Consul for the Republic of Costa Rica in Louisiana. After 30 years of intense local and international professional experience, he became partner founder of Lawgical buffet in 2020. As a defense attorney, he led the legal strategy that freed environmentalist Paul Watson from charges in Costa Rica. Due to his commitment to the protection of the oceans, Abraham became part of the Honorary Board of For the Oceans Foundation and its legal consultant adviser.
